Description

Immerse yourself in comfort and luxury as you enter this newly renovated property, with three spacious bedrooms featuring plush king beds for a restful night's sleep. There are also three modern bathrooms, including two with walk-in showers and one with a tub/shower combo, providing ultimate convenience for everyone in your group to get ready to start the day. There is also a separate make-up room for the ladies!

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay, including a side-by-side refrigerator with an ice maker, a dishwasher, an electric stove, a drip coffee maker, and a kitchen island. You can enjoy your meals in the dining area, which seats up to six guests.

Guests can also enjoy the property's lush pear trees, adding to the serene atmosphere of the grounds. In addition to the king bed in the primary bedroom, there is a sleeper sofa with a trundle and a sleeper sofa in the living room; this provides plenty of space for up to ten guests to sleep comfortably.

The home was absolutely beautiful. My kids and I loved staying there. It was cool most of the time we were there for spring break but the kids got to enjoy both the pool and hot tub. We will definitely be asking to stay here again.

Amazing listing & wonderful stay! The location was perfect, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. We especially loved our time relaxing by the pool post winery tours. Excellent location for a weekend getaway to the Hill Country of TX. Though COVID-19 shut down some of our activities, this place did not disappoint. Comfortable beds, extra towels for the hot tub, wood for the outdoor fire pit, 2 A/C units for the back and front of the home, plenty of room to unwind and relax from the day of wine tasting and walking the town. You will not be disappointed if you rent this beauty.

This house exceeded my expectations. Very clean and comfortable. The hot tub and backyard provided a great space to hangout. I would recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker if you like music outside. Other than that there was everything there we needed! The property manager was also easily accessible. Highly recommend and would stay there again!

We planned a girls weekend in Fredericksburg and had an absolute perfect stay here! I have planned several trips to Fredericksburg and stayed several places but this house was my favorite! We had plenty of space and it was very nice that each room had a king size bed! The location was also great. We were able to walk to main to get coffee in the morning. I will definitely be coming back here for our next trip!

Was planning on enjoying a long holiday weekend with our adult children and their wedding dates in this roomy 3 bed/3 bath house, but unfortunately there only ended up being 4 of us. Very comfortable stay. Although we didn’t cook this go round, we noticed the kitchen had updated appliances and was well stocked with any dishes, utensils, small appliances you would need. Backyard and hot tub were a hit with our group as well. Had cards and games that came in handy. Overall a hit with our group of 6 (3 couples)

This home was perfect for our group of 3 couples. Each room had a comfortable king bed and a bathroom close to each room. We had a bit of an issue with check in as the email sent to my email (not through the VRBO app) went to spam, but they responded quickly. The home was clean and had many extras-towels, games, and a fantastic backyard. The kitchen was a bit sparse but fine for our needs. We did have an issue with the exhaust fan over the oven. The smoke alarm went off because the fan seemed to not be working properly, but it’ll be a funny story to remember our trip. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

We wanted a place to rent where we had room for 3 brothers & their wives where we could make breakfast before we headed out to experience the town & a back yard to hang out in as well as large seating area we could play cards or games & this house fit the bill.

Was planning on enjoying a long holiday weekend with our adult children and their wedding dates in this roomy 3 bed/3 bath house, but unfortunately there only ended up being 4 of us. We didn’t spend much time at the house at all, but would love to come back and try again to take advantage of the cozy backyard. House was very clean and updated and very well appointed.

This house is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for a girls weekend away. The house is true to the listing, spacious and super clean! We enjoyed the hot tub in the cold evenings and mornings! Great location, easy to get to downtown and the surrounding wineries. Excellent communication property manager. I highly recommend!

This is a lovely property on a beautiful street in Fredericksburg, Texas! Our grandchildren enjoyed the pool and hot tub and we enjoyed the covered porch; a great place to have coffee! We would return to this place!

We visited Fredricksburg for a wedding. This VRBO is located very close to the main street, a convenient short walk to shopping and restaurants. The backyard is wonderful, neighborhood lovely and home clean and well stocked. Host was very accomodating.

House was very nice. Really enjoyed cooking on the gas grill and relaxing in the great back yard. Thoroughly enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub in the evening. Will stay again next spring break

This house was absolutely perfect for us! We had everything we needed to make enchiladas, cupcakes, and a large breakfast in the kitchen. The beds were comfy and the entire property was very clean.

Very comfortable stay. Although we didn’t cook this go round, we noticed the kitchen had updated appliances and was well stocked with any dishes, utensils, small appliances you would need. Backyard and hot tub were a hit with our group as well. Had cards and games that came in handy. Overall a hit with our group of 6 (3 couples)

What a wonderful house! Clean, nicely appointed, great backyard with a spa. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose this property again. And the property manager, Tim, was awesome!

This home was perfect for our group of 3 couples. Each room had a comfortable king bed and a bathroom close to each room. We had a bit of an issue with check in as the email sent to my email (not through the VRBO app) went to spam, but they responded quickly. The home was clean and had many extras-towels, games, and a fantastic backyard. The kitchen was a bit sparse but fine for our needs. We did have an issue with the exhaust fan over the oven. The smoke alarm went off because the fan seemed to not be working properly, but it’ll be a funny story to remember our trip. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.
