We really loved our stay, we had enough beds to accomodate our family ! You dont need to go out to have a great time, we had what we needed…pool, hot tub and game room!

We had our bachelorette gathering at this amazing place, and it truly had everything we needed to accommodate our entire group. The house is incredibly spacious with an open floor plan and beautiful views of the Hill Country and surrounding nature — and the pictures were exactly what the Airbnb was in person. The open kitchen was the center of our gatherings and a great space for everyone to come together. A few of the stove burners were not working, but this did not impact our stay since we did not end up cooking. Our favorite feature was the barrel hot tub — it was perfect for the chilly weather and made our evenings so relaxing. We also loved the outdoor fireplace, which kept us warm and created such a cozy atmosphere. The seven bedrooms were clean, comfortable, and provided everyone with plenty of privacy. The beds were very comfortable, and we all felt right at home. Highly recommend this place for a group getaway!

Beautiful house and location. Great views of hill country from second floor. Definitely off the beaten path - so expect a 30 min drive into downtown Fredericksburg. We had a group of 16 and plenty of room!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was peaceful and secluded, with beautiful outdoor space and views, and the pool was just perfect! The house was very clean, and the host very responsive. Just a small note for future guests- there is only one bathroom upstairs for 4 bedrooms to share, we didn't pay attention to this detail and it was a bit of an inconvenience, but totally our mistake! . There are however two full bathrooms downstairs so everything worked out ok. We definitely recommend this place!

I hosted a women veterans Glamping event at the Cozi Hill last weekend. The house and location were extremely peaceful and welcoming. We did have an issue with the fans and dust which the host was very receptive of the feedback. Very responsive in communication efforts. Thank you! 😊

We had a great time and had pla ty of space. The property was very flexible for the group. The outdoor areas were amazing and the pool would be even better in hot Texas weather. The location was somewhat remote but gave us privacy and was close enough to get to our favorite wineries and Luchenback

We had a great time. It’s not very close to town but we only left to get groceries so it was perfect for us. It was a football weekend and there is only one TV upstairs so we didn’t get to watch football but other than that, it was perfect! We would stay here again.
