We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.
-Pet fee(s) of $155 plus tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate.
-Please check the weight limit and max number allowed for this unit.
-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them.
-A separate pet waiver must be signed.
-Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.

Beautiful home, we couldn’t have felt more at home. The wildlife is absolutely spectacular from the wild turkeys, tons of birds and several types of other wild animals. The views we breathtaking as well.

We had a really enjoyable stay at this ranch estate overall. The home is beautifully designed, spacious, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail throughout. The indoor living areas were especially welcoming, and the fireplace made the space feel cozy and relaxing during the colder weather. The kitchen and common areas were perfect for spending quality time together.\n\nThe location is excellent — close to Fredericksburg while still feeling private and peaceful. Check-in was smooth, communication was clear, and the property was clean and well-maintained when we arrived, which we appreciated.\n\nWhile we didn’t end up using the pool or hot tub due to the cold weather and an issue with the hot tub controller, the rest of the home more than made up for it. Overall, it’s a great place to stay and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, upscale Hill Country getaway

We booked this house for our annual winter family vacation. The house, the property, the surroundings were really awesome, but what stood out even more was the Stay Texas Hospitality Group and their great customer service. We had a small issue getting into the house and had a small plumbing issue but the Hospitality Group was amazingly responsive and really helpful with any questions or issues. They are really friendly and definitely made us feel like they care about their customers!! I would recommend any of their properties and stay with them again!! The property and house were truly elegant and luxurious., but very comfortable as well!! It was close enough to town but felt like a world away. It was definitely quiet, peaceful, and safe! It was more well stocked than we could have imagined. We enjoyed the beautiful stars from the hot tub and eating together in an awesome kitchen/dining area. The bedrooms and bathrooms were really beautiful and we would love to stay again!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful ranch-style home in Fredericksburg. We visited as a family with kids ranging from 4 to 14, and the space couldn’t have been more perfect for all of us. The home was comfortable, clean, and felt very private—exactly what we were hoping for. The location was great too: peaceful and relaxing, yet still close enough to all the Fredericksburg attractions we wanted to explore. Our host was incredibly responsive and made everything smooth and easy from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in the hill country!

The place was beautiful, with plenty of space for everyone. The TV in the master bedroom was bigger than the other TV's in the house. lol. The kitchen had everything you would need. The only thing I would suggest is a little TLC with the outdoor back area. The weeds need to be removed from the pots, replace a couple of torn cushions and clean up the swimming pool, it does have nice set up with a beautiful view. We will be returning again.

From the moment we arrived, we were completely enchanted. This stunning estate feels like a true Tuscan villa — every detail, from the architecture to the landscaping, transports you straight to the Italian countryside. The home is beautifully designed, spacious, and full of warmth and character. Morning coffee on the patio felt like a scene from a movie, surrounded by peaceful views and golden light. The hosts were wonderful — attentive, kind, and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Every room was immaculate, thoughtfully decorated, and stocked with everything we could need. We booked this Airbnb for our daughter's bridal shower, and it was absolutely perfect! The house is beautiful, spacious, and set in the peaceful hill country with the most stunning views. From the moment we arrived, everything felt inviting and relaxing.-it truly felt like a little getaway. The home had everything we needed: plenty of room for decorating, gathering, and celebrating, plus a great outdoor space where we enjoyed the fire, pool, and music. The kitchen was well stocked, the upstairs bedrooms are cozy, and worked well for our party, though a mattress upgrade could make them even more comfortable. Overall, this property and atmosphere was exactly what we hoped for. Our guest kept commenting on how beautiful the setting was, and it made the whole weekend feel extra special. We couldn't have asked for a better place to host such a meaningful celebration. Highly recommend!

The property management communication was next level awesome. We checked in late and they pro actively texted us entry codes/address. They were immediately responsive to issues. However, it seemed like the property had been empty or unused for some time. The master bath plumbing was backing up/shower wouldn’t drain/ toilet bubbling. WiFi went out half way through stay and the pool heater was broken and could not be repaired prior to our arrival. Full disclosure we booked on Monday and were arriving Friday, but I confirmed on Monday that the pool could be heated within the cancellation window bc we have little kids that love to swim. It would have been a deal breaker, but we didn’t find out until Thursday that we wouldn’t have a heated pool or hot tub. This property does not seem to have been built to be a rental property. It has massive walk in closets, multiple pantries and dining areas and a great outdoor living area on a lot of property. Very pretty and would be a great holiday venue. They just have some maintenance things to work out. Any property that sits w a septic system would be the same. We will return as it was such a cool property w a very impressive master wing, outdoor fireplace and tons of yard.

My family spent the week of Thanksgiving at this beautiful house and the said it reminded them of a house we rented in Cabo San Lucas. The house is outstanding and is close enough to Fredericksburg to be easily accessible by car but far enough away from the fray! The owners were very responsive and everything was as advertised or better! We plan to return soon.

Full disclosure we booked on Monday and were arriving Friday, but I confirmed on Monday that the pool could be heated within the cancellation window bc we have little kids that love to swim. It would have been a deal breaker, but we didn’t find out until Thursday that we wouldn’t have a heated pool or hot tub. This property does not seem to have been built to be a rental property. It has massive walk in closets, multiple pantries and dining areas and a great outdoor living area on a lot of property. Very pretty and would be a great holiday venue. They just have some maintenance things to work out. Any property that sits w a septic system would be the same. We will return as it was such a cool property w a very impressive master wing, outdoor fireplace and tons of yard.

My family spent the week of Thanksgiving at this beautiful house and the said it reminded them of a house we rented in Cabo San Lucas. The house is outstanding and is close enough to Fredericksburg to be easily accessible by car but far enough away from the fray! The owners were very responsive and everything was as advertised or better! We plan to return soon.
