Welcome to Driftwood Place, a bright and inviting Fredericksburg vacation rental designed for relaxation, comfort, and connection. Step inside to an open-concept living space where two oversized sectional sofas invite you to unwind after a day in the Texas Hill Country. The spacious layout flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, a coffee bar, and generous counter space for preparing meals. Gather around the large dining table with seating for ten, or enjoy casual breakfasts at the island bar. A convenient laundry area ensures an effortless stay for families and longer visits.

This five-bedroom Fredericksburg retreat comfortably sleeps up to twelve guests and is thoughtfully arranged for privacy and rest. The primary suite includes a king bed, cozy fireplace, sitting area, and a luxurious en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, double vanity, and makeup counter. The second downstairs bedroom also offers a king bed with its own private bathroom and stand-up shower. Upstairs and mid-level bedrooms provide flexible options for groups, one with two queen beds, one with two twin beds sharing a hallway bath with a tub/shower combo, and a fifth bedroom upstairs with two twin beds and a private en suite bath.

The upstairs game room adds another layer of fun, complete with a second fireplace, pool table, and a collection of games perfect for family competition or relaxing evenings indoors. Step outside and discover the home’s true highlight, a private outdoor spa retreat designed for total rejuvenation. We had a wonderful stay in this home! We were a group of 10, and the house was perfect — spacious, clean, and very comfortable for everyone. The location was great, close to Main Street but still quiet and relaxing. Everything was exactly as described, and communication with the host was smooth and easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for larger groups!

We stayed at this house in Fredericksburg with a group of 11 people, including four teenagers, and had a great experience overall. The house is very spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. It has three full bathrooms, a complete kitchen, two large TV screens, and a pool table that kept both adults and teenagers entertained throughout the stay. The outdoor bonfire area with chairs was another great feature that we really enjoyed. The house is not brand new, but everything functions 100% as it should, which is what really matters. Communication with the management company was good during our stay. The only minor issue was that we did not receive the access code upon arrival, and it took about 10 minutes to get in touch with them to get the code and enter the house. After that, everything went smoothly. The location is excellent—very close to downtown Fredericksburg—which made it extremely convenient for our plans. Overall, we had a wonderful time, and both adults

The location was great. We lovedthe sauna and plunge pool. We used the room for a workout area and also to sit and relax. Sliding glass doors on one wall allowed us to open up to the backyard space.

We (3 families) shared this house and enjoyed Fredericksburg. We had a lovely time, and kids and adults very much enjoyed the house. We most enjoyed the living room, fire pit, and sauna space. The plunge tub was even heated, which was a very pleasant surprise to us.

This property was a great fit for our group of 10. The common areas were large and comfortable, which was a top priority for us when booking. It's hard to find a place where 10 folks could dine together or play games together while still being comfortable. While the home was generally clean and well-kept, I wouldn’t describe it as “luxury” as stated in the listing. A few small updates and attention to detail could really elevate the space and bring it closer to that level.

We had a great time. Only thing that was an issue to us was the master thermostat wasn’t working as good in there. The rest of the house was warm but master was freezing.
