The main level features a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area, and three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The first bedroom boasts a luxurious king bed, the second offers a queen bed, and the third is perfect for kids or friends with two twin beds. Two full bathrooms are conveniently located on this level, including one that is ADA-compliant. Although there is a ramp for easy access to the main level of the home, please note that stairs are required to access the lower level.
On the lower level, you’ll find a large family room perfect for movie nights, games, or simply relaxing, along with an additional bathroom for added convenience.
Step outside to the expansive deck, where gorgeous sunset views await. The outdoor space is designed for making memories, complete with a hot tub for unwinding under the stars, a dining table for al fresco meals, a grill for cookouts, and a round firepit for cozy evenings by the fire.
Pet-friendly and packed with amenities, this home combines comfort, accessibility, and natural beauty, making it the ultimate Hill Country escape. Whether you’re watching wildlife, enjoying a peaceful evening on the deck, or exploring the nearby attractions of Fredericksburg, this home promises an unforgettable experience for the whole family.

Great news for pet lovers! This property is pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry friends along for the adventure. We want everyone to enjoy their stay, including your four-legged family members. To ensure a paw-sitive experience please be aware of the following:

Pet fees & rules:
We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.
-Pet fee(s) of $115 plus tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate.
-Please check the weight limit and max number allowed for this unit.
-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them.
-A separate pet waiver must be signed.
-Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.
-There is a dog run on the side of the house. Please be aware that there are wild animals in the hill country please watch your pets at all times.

We had an amazing stay! The views were absolutely stunning—easily one of the best parts of the trip. Waking up and winding down with such beautiful scenery made the whole experience feel relaxing and memorable. The house itself was spotless and very well maintained. Everything felt fresh, clean, and thoughtfully put together, which made it easy to settle in right away. You can tell the host takes great pride in keeping the space in top shape. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Beautiful home in a beautiful location! We have saved it to be able to return. Easily fit two couples and several kids. Loved that pets were allowed and that there is a fenced in area for them to run around in. Only suggestion would be to include instructions on how to use the hot tub. It states things about the jets, etc but we couldn’t find any instructions on how to run everything. We figured it out, but might be easier on the guest if those existed! All in all, amazing stay!

Fantastic spot! Walked into an impeccably clean environment exactly as advertised if not better! This house was everything you could ask for. Any questions are answered immediately. Safe surroundings. Deck, firepit and hot tub were great after a long day in Fredericksburg, Enchanted Rock and wine tasting. We would definitely return!

This place is even more beautiful than the pictures! The location is quiet and peaceful. The view is majestic. The hot tub is so relaxing and the perfect place to unwind. The movie room is the Perfect place to hang out. I can’t say enough good about the stay! Just what we needed!

My family and I were looking for a peaceful getaway that was not in the middle of a lot of traffic or activity, but close enough to restaurants & wineries. This place was perfect. There was plenty of space and it was very clean and well-stocked with essentials. The back deck was huge and very relaxing. I would definitely come back!

Just cannot say enough good about Esperanza! Clearly the Reardons gave great thought to their design and planning as well as comfortable furnishings. The huge porch and views over the valley are spectacular! Access to the porch was beautifully thought out. Same views from the dining and sitting area - and even the kitchen! All bedrooms are roomy but the master is really big. The kitchen, laundry and 3 bathrooms are modern. They even have a great theater room downstairs. The wifi and internet are solid. The area is wonderfully quiet and peaceful. Our 2 year old puppy companion had unlimited sensing and many deer sightings. We also found Cozi staff easy to reach and very responsive. What you see online is exactly what you get - along with an overwhelming enrichment of your spirit and soul! We are hoping the Reardons continue to make this great house available as we already have decided to return. Thank you! The Ryders from Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Beautiful Airbnb in the Hill country. About 22 minutes away from the main town in Fredericksburg, but we loved it. We wanted a secluded retreat but still needed to meet up with family and friends at wineries and in town. This location was perfect. The property was beautiful and we loved the back patio to watch the sunset.

Gorgeous location with an amazing view you can’t wait to wake up to. We felt right at home here. The place was very clean and comfortable, and it was fun to watch movies in the basement space. I really liked the peaceful location but it was still only about 20 minutes to downtown. I would love to come back and stay here!

Perfect location for a relaxing girls' trip for 5. Plenty of space and bathrooms. The backyard view, hot tub, and deck were the selling points. The pictures do not do it justice. I don't believe we knew there was a downstairs with a full bathroom and movie area, perfect for an additional bedroom/cozy space after a day of enjoying the Hill Country. The only "strange" thing about this listing was registering separately with "Cozi" and either paying a fee or having a $1000 hold for incidentals. This was the only way to receive the check-in information. After 10-plus years of using Airbnb, that was a first. However, the property and hyper communication from "Cozi" were fantastic.
