The house was great for a girls weekend! Everything was clean and the layout worked well. We felt safe and the neighborhood was peaceful. The location was really close to Main Street with lots of restaurants, shopping and things to do! We also loved the hot tub. Overall would come back!

Perfect for our multi-family stay in Fredericksburg! Clean, all the amenities we needed (toiletries were particularly appreciated). Clean, modern, comfortable. We walked to Oktoberfest, which was an added bonus.

My friends and I loved our stay for our girls trip! Super close to Main Street and the house was very spacious and clean. Everything was as pictured, the only downside was not being able to use the hot tub. We felt uncomfortable with the neighbors having a clear view to the hot tub area. Other than that, we enjoyed our time there!

The house was nice and well furnished. Most kitchen items needed were already available, including a new grill propane. Super close to town and HEB for grocery runs. The pop-a-shot and hot tub were key with kids in tow. Communication was quick and thorough as well. The only call out I will provide is the backyard does not have privacy fences, so while you’re grilling, relaxing or hot tubbing, there is no privacy from any side. All in all, the property was great for our week in Fredericksburg.
