The vibe felt throughout this four-bedroom, two-bath home combines modern luxury and rustic charm. Spend your evenings with family or friends by the fireplace on a chilly evening while enjoying some great conversation and award-winning wine you picked up at one of the many wineries. There are many excellent restaurants in Fredericksburg, but if you would rather stay in and dine, the kitchen is beautifully designed with butcher block countertops, a farmhouse sink, and all stainless steel appliances. There is also a washer and dryer available for guest use.

When it is time to dream the night away, the primary bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a pink tile stand-up shower and deep soaking tub. Bedrooms two and three also have king beds, and bedroom four has two queens. The second bathroom has an antique clawfoot tub with a handheld shower.

The relaxing outdoor space boasts a back patio with a hot tub and a covered front patio with comfortable seating; Adirondack chairs also surround a cozy fire pit in front of the house.

In addition to Poplar Place Main House, the property consists of Mod (3/2), Soho (1/1), Q (1/1) and Pop 1-4 (1 Bed/1 Bath each) The entire property will accommodate a group of up to 26.

This was by far the best Airbnb I have stayed it. The house was beautiful with lots of space for everyone to spread out. It was close to downtown and would definitely be walkable when there are more daylight hours.

Great location, walkable to downtown. We really enjoyed our stay here, the fire pit and hot tub were a nice bonus. Only negative to this property is after the sun goes down, it was very difficult to find our building on the property since nobody had their porch lights on. We arrived around 11pm and multiple other tenants were arriving at the same time and we all had to help each other figure out where to go. It matches the pictures perfectly during the daytime, but it was pitch black at night and we walked around with our luggage for a while trying to find our unit.

We loved our stay here! The house is decorated so nicely and is just a great space overall. There were lots of small touches of amenities inside the house that we really appreciated, like makeup wipes, razors, liquid IV and extra pony tails. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in town!

We loved this house! There were 5 of us for a girls weekend. The house was very clean and comfortable. I really appreciated how the bathrooms had plenty of toilet paper, cotton swabs, Q-tips, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Would definitely recommend!!

The property was so cute and very nicely decorated as well as clean. Great location and excellent customer service from the host. We had a party of 10 for this property which was big enough for everyone to sleep in a bed but the bathroom situation was a little tight only having 2 bathrooms to share amongst 10 girls at a bachelorette party. I will likely book one of the hosts’ larger properties next time because we had a wonderful experience booking with this company.
